Delivery & Returns


A preorder allows you to purchase a product before its official availability on the market.

Preorders can be placed online through our website. We will provide an estimated delivery date during the preorder process. The delivery date is based on the information provided by our workshop in Bali.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as production delays, logistics issues, or unforeseen constraints.

When you place a preorder, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Please carefully check all details of your order, including the shipping address and product specifications, and contact us immediately in case of any errors.

All payments are subject to our refund and cancellation policy. Please refer to it for more details.

You can modify or cancel your preorder before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for any modification or cancellation requests (restrictions may apply to modifications or cancellations, including fees or penalties). Once the items are available and ready to be shipped, we will send you a notification via email. Please note that the actual delivery date may differ from the initial estimated date. We will do our best to keep you informed of any potential delays.


After placing the order, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. All packages leave our warehouse within 3 business days following the order.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. All orders are fully traceable on the websites of our partners (Mondial relay, Bpost, PostNL, DHL).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of the order, and customs fees and taxes are your responsibility (outside the European Union).

The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation, ensuring that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. Please note that taxes and customs fees are your responsibility.

If one or more items do not meet your expectations, you can return your order within 14 days (after delivery). Simply send us an email at, stating the reasons for the return.

Exchanges are not accepted. If you want a different product, you will need to place a new order.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the refund will be processed as soon as possible after receiving your order and verifying that it is in perfect condition, unwashed, and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse any returned merchandise that does not meet our requirements.
